The City of New Bedford is studying the roadways in the area outlined on the map below to better understand how they work today and identify needs and opportunities for improvement. The goal of the study is to make travel through the area easier and safer for everyone by improving traffic flow, making it easier and more enjoyable to walk and bike, improving intersections and roadway crossings, and planning for future transportation needs for all.
